How to Fix the “Camera Not Loading Video” Issue in Chrome browser.
If when starting a video consultation using the Chrome web browser, you get the error message:
"Something went wrong when getting the video."
or you get a black or blank screen, please follow these steps below.
Step 1 - Is your video camera correctly configured for Chrome?
Step 2 - Click the “Camera” icon in the top right of the Chrome browser. You must be using Chrome.
Step 3 - Click on “Manage”
Step 4 - Change the default camera to the “WebPluginVirtualCamera”
